This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out the rules that apply to your use of the AstronAlgo Service. It supplements the Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
We may suspend, terminate, or restrict access for any User we reasonably believe has violated this AUP, and we may report violations to relevant authorities.
1. Lawful Use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate any law, regulation, sanctions regime, or court order applicable to you;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights of any person;
- defame, harass, threaten, or stalk any person;
- discriminate or incite discrimination on prohibited grounds.
2. Market Integrity
You must not use the Service to:
- engage in market manipulation, including spoofing, layering, wash trading, painting the tape, marking the close, or pump-and-dump schemes;
- engage in insider trading or otherwise act on material non-public information;
- coordinate trading with others in a manner intended to manipulate prices;
- make or facilitate any other transaction that would constitute market abuse under applicable securities or commodities law (including EU MAR, U.S. Securities Exchange Act Section 9, and Turkish Capital Markets Law).
3. Platform Integrity
You must not:
- scrape, mirror, crawl, harvest, or otherwise systematically download Content or data from the Service;
- cache or store Content beyond what is reasonably necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or model weights of the Service;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limit, access control, paywall, authentication, or other security mechanism;
- introduce malware, viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, or other harmful code;
- perform or attempt unauthorised penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or denial-of-service attacks;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
- use scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the Service except via APIs we publicly document and authorise;
- place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with other Users' enjoyment of the Service.
4. Account Sharing & Reselling
You must not:
- share your Account credentials with any other person;
- operate multiple Accounts without our written authorisation;
- resell, sublicense, lease, lend, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service to third parties;
- use the Service to provide a derivative or competing analytical or signal product to third parties.
5. AI & Training Restrictions
You must not use Content from the Service to:
- train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any machine-learning model, including large language models;
- create datasets, embeddings, or derivative analytical products that are then made available to third parties.
6. Content Standards (if applicable)
If the Service provides any feature that allows you to post or share content (such as comments, notes, or community posts), you must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes any third-party right.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@astronalgo.com. We will investigate reports in good faith but make no commitment regarding outcome.
8. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without notice: (a) remove or restrict access to violating content, (b) suspend or terminate the offending Account, (c) revoke any licence granted under the Agreement, (d) report violations to authorities, and (e) pursue any other remedy available under Applicable Law.
9. Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material updates will be notified by email or in-product banner.
